BUYING ONLINE

 

DELIVERY

Your shoes will be delivered to your door via Australia Post. So that you receive goods efficiently we would prefer that you gave an address that someone may receive the goods, if not card will be left and can be picked up at the nearest post office.

Standard delivery - $ 6.95  Within Australia.
You should expect delivery within 3–5 days from confirmation of order.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To obtain a full refund or exchange we must be notified within 10 days and receive goods within 21 days of purchase.

 

Good must:           

- not show any visible signs of wear
- be packaged in original box it was sent
- have tags fully attached
- be sent with original receipt from purchase
- be in original condition as it was sent

 

*If the above criteria is not met refund or exchange may be refused.
*Standard delivery charges will apply for re-orders and exchanges.

 

 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE GOODS

FAULTY GOODS

Faulty products are subject to manufactures warranty and conditions and if deemed faulty replacement will be sent free of charge or refunded.

 

AT NO TIME DOES SESTO SHOEX TAKE RESPOSABILTY FOR SIZING OF GOODS AND PHOTOS COLOURING THAT MAY VARY. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO GUIDE YOU IF IT’S KNOWN THAT A PRODUCT IS A SMALLER OR BIGGER FITTING AND IF THE COLOUR MAY VARY FROM THAT OF THE PHOTO.
