RETURNS 

Please see return instructions below for online returns.

Returning an item that was purchased online, with postage:
Please contact us at sales@sestoshoex.com.au with your order number, and reason for your return to be approved. Once approved, please post back to the below address:

You are welcome to a refund, exchange or store credit providing your item was full price and is returned to us within 10 business days of it’s delivery to you.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused with the original tags attached and in original box. We are unable to accept shoes with dirty marks or damaged soles. We suggest when trying your new shoes for the first time you test them on carpet.
Please note: There is no refund, exchange or store credit available for sale items.
 
Sesto Shoex reserves the right to refuse a return should it not be in it’s original condition (as mentioned above). 

Sesto Shoex does not cover the cost of return shipping. We suggest your return is trackable as we can only process returns on items that have been received.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
For orders that qualified for Free Shipping (including upgrades to Express Shipping) the total postage cost will be deducted from your refund.

Store Credits:
If you choose to return your item/s for a store credit, a unique store credit code will be issued and emailed to you to use on your next purchase. This code is valid for 12 months from the date issued.

Exchanges:
If you choose to exchange your purchase for another item, we will happily hold the new item/s until we receive your return. Please include a return paid satchel if swapping for the same item. If swapping for another item the difference payable (if applicable) plus postage can be paid over the phone or via PayPal invoice.
Sesto Shoex does not cover the cost of return shipping. We suggest your return is trackable as we can only process returns on items that have been received.


Returning an item that was purchased online for pick up in store:
Please contact us at sales@sestoshoex.com.au with your order number, and reason for your return to be approved. Once approved, drop back to us with in 5 days of picking up your order at 87 Watton Street, Werribee.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused with the original tags attached and in original box. We are unable to accept shoes with dirty marks or damaged soles. We suggest when trying your new shoes for the first time you test them on carpet.

Returning an item that was purchased in-store:
Returns and exchanges to be made within 7 days.
We do not offer refunds for items purchased 
in store due to having the opportunity to try items on. You're welcome to an exchange or store credit.

Faulty Items
We're so sorry you received a faulty item! Please email us at sales@sestoshoex.com.au asap with your order details and images of the fault/s for assessment. 

 

AT NO TIME DOES SESTO SHOEX TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR SIZING OF GOODS AND PHOTOS COLOURING THAT MAY VARY. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO GUIDE YOU IF IT’S KNOWN THAT A PRODUCT IS A SMALLER OR BIGGER FITTING AND IF THE COLOUR MAY VARY FROM THAT OF THE PHOTO.
